Chair welcome
It is a great honor for me to assume the Chair of IFSA as we launch CATEX 2025 and the 60th Anniversary celebrations.
IFSA is at the centre of a sector that values people above all else, and through CATEX we have the opportunity to offer support to our colleagues in the Specialty Coffee Association, Chef Ireland Panel of Chefs and Chef Network along with our exhibitors and stakeholders.

CATEX, Ireland’s largest foodservice and hospitality event, will return to the RDS, Simmonscourt on February 18th – 20th 2025.
